The Department of Housing and Works delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities.
We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation.

About The Role:
Property Lease Manager manages the current and future office accommodation requirements for a portfolio of government agencies.
This involves a high level of consultation and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholder groups, dealing with complex property lease issues, the development of strategic plans, property lease contracts and procurement documentation, and providing advice on office accommodation policy and standards related matters.
