Boretech Contracting has been awarded multiple long-term contracts, providing consistent longevity of work for our growing team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Driller Supervisor to oversee Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crews working across Atco Gas and Western Power infrastructure projects.
The Role
Full time position — 38 hours per week, with reasonable overtime as required
Reporting directly to the Metro Operations Manager
Supervising HDD crews and taking full control of day-to-day site operations on gas and electrical infrastructure works

Essential Requirements
Proven experience and capability working as an HDD Supervisor
Demonstrated experience working on Atco Gas and/or Western Power projects
Certificate III in Directional Drilling
Ability to read and interpret DBYD (Dial Before You Dig) plans
Current WA driver's licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Good reputation with clean, verifiable references
