Preventative Maintenance Service Coordinator
to join our busy Facilities Management Operations team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of our preventative maintenance operations, coordinating works across multiple sites and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.




Your day will include:
Coordinating preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites nationally
Scheduling and prioritising planned maintenance works
Managing work orders from creation through to completion
Maintaining accurate asset, maintenance and service records
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, technicians and internal teams
Proactively following up outstanding works and resolving issues
Monitoring jobs against client requirements and KPI timeframes
Supporting reporting, audits and data quality checks
Ensuring works are delivered in line with WHS and site requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is
organised, proactive and takes ownership
.
You'll ideally bring:
2–3 years' experience in service coordination, planned maintenance scheduling, facilities administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
Excellent organisation and time management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with CRM, facilities or maintenance management systems
