We're seeking
experienced Commis Chefs
to join our dynamic culinary team in
part time & casual positions

What You'll Do
Craft and present dishes to the highest standard
Collaborate with senior chefs on preparation and service
Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene practices
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen
About You
Proven experience as a chef in premium or high-volume kitchens
Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of HACCP standards
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills




Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
Our Full Time & PT4 positions require full 7 day per week availability

Qualifications
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
