The Opportunity
Reporting to the HSE Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting our commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence.
You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in safety, compliance and injury-management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Support –
Assist in managing contractor's documentation, including insurance and inductions.
Training Management –
Record and maintain MYOSH Training Matrix, monitoring internal and external training programs for all employees.
Incident Reporting –
Record hazard observations, near misses, incidents and injuries in MYOSH.
Site Inspection –
Assist with conducting site inspections to support workplace health and safety compliance.
Document Control –
Assist all department in reviewing & amending company procedures, plans, forms & checklist.
Safety & Compliance –
Learn, understand and assist with ensuring compliance with the company's Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
Injury Management -
Assist with injury-management documentation, workers' compensation records and return-to-work processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team
Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Office experience
A willingness to learn and develop within an HSE role
