Due to the award of a major healthcare project, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their commercial team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the wider project delivery team, you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of a major construction project from procurement through to final accounts.
The project is based in the South West region of WA, with occasional site visits required throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will primarily be Perth-based while supporting the successful delivery of this significant development.
Your Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline




Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveying within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering projects valued $50M+
Strong understanding of procurement and contract management
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience on healthcare, government or complex commercial projects will be highly regarded
