Your Day-to-Day
Portfolio Oversight:
End-to-end management of a clean,



tight portfolio of up to 100 properties.
Tenant & Landlord Relations:
Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and reliable resolution.
Leasing & Operations:
Process applications, facilitate lease signings, coordinate routine maintenance, and conduct routine inspections/open homes.
Growth:
Follow up warm, qualified leads provided by our internal marketing engine to seamlessly onboard new listings.
What We're Looking For
Active Registration:
Current WA Property Management Registration, Australian Driver's Licence, and Police Clearance.
Proven Experience:
1+ years managing a dedicated residential portfolio in Western Australia.
Tech & Compliance Savvy:
Solid working knowledge of the
WA Residential Tenancies Act
(Property Tree experience is a strong bonus).
Communication First:
