Join one of the most popular and exciting hospitality venues in Adelaide's north-east.
The Grove Tavern has recently undergone a major transformation, including a new sports bar and expansive beer garden.
We're now looking for a driven and passionate salaried Duty Manager to join our experienced management team and help lead the venue into its next chapter.
This is more than simply managing shifts.
We're looking for someone with initiative, ambition and the confidence to take ownership of a busy, high-volume venue.
The role
As Duty Manager, you'll lead our team during daily operations, maintain high service standards and take control of busy trading periods.
You'll be encouraged to bring forward ideas, develop staff, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve both the customer experience and the venue's performance.
About you
You may already have one or two years of management experience, or you may be a long-term hospitality skilled ready to take the next step in your career.
Experience in a high-volume bar or full table-service environment is highly desirable.
Additional knowledge of cocktails, live entertainment, functions, TAB, Keno or gaming operations would be an advantage.
