Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Water Well Driller's Offsider who is
available to start ASAP
to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO Roster from Perth with hourly and fortnightly pay.
This a hands-on role supporting drilling operations across remote project sites.
The offsider will assist the Driller with day-to-day tasks including - preparing and maintaining equipment, handling drill rods & tools, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:




Previous FIFO drillers offsider experience
Available to start ASAP
Current and Valid WA Driver's licence -
HR Required
Construction Induction (White) card
Ability to follow secure work procedures and adhere to site requirements
Experience with handling and preparing drill rods, tools and equipment
Mechanical skills an advantage
Physically fit, motivated and possess a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Able to work in remote and harsh environments
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable and dedicated to their work and team.
Willing to provide a national police clearance
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
