The Role
We are currently seeking a
Casual Night Auditor
to join our dynamic and successful team.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service and is looking for a flexible role within the hotel industry.
The position will primarily consist of
2 overnight Night Audit shifts per week, along with 1 daytime shift
.
Flexibility to work across both overnight and daytime shifts is essential
, including availability across a 7-day roster.
We are looking for someone who is:
Committed to providing high-quality customer service and willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
Experienced in delivering exceptional service and anticipating guest needs.
Attentive to detail, with strong administrative and reporting skills.
Well-presented, friendly and cheerful, with a positive can-do attitude.
Confident in identifying and reporting opportunities to improve processes and operations.
Comfortable working independently overnight, while also being a solid team player.
Available to work across a
7-day roster
, including weekends and public holidays.
Flexible and committed to working approximately 2 overnight Night Audit shifts and 1 daytime shift per week.
Desirable Skills & Experience
The following would be highly regarded:
Own reliable transportation, particularly for overnight shifts.
Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
Previous experience in a hotel environment, including Housekeeping, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Front Office or other hotel operations.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
, so previous Night Audit experience is not essential.
Hospitality and Tourism students looking to gain valuable experience and develop their career in the hotel industry are also encouraged to apply.
