About the Role
Due to our continued success and growth, Monford are seeking an experienced Project / Site Civil Engineer to be a key member of our Civils team to help kick start a new project just over an hour south of Perth. Initially starting in our Head Office in Perth, and mobilise to site once works commence.
Role Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating day to day site activities including planning, preparing work packages and managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works completed safely, on time and to project specifications
Manage the planning, daily costings, monitoring, measuring and reporting of progress and costs
Manage budgets and create accurate forecasts for the scope of works




Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, estimating materials costs and provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Provide support to the wider Project and Design Teams as required
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years experience in design and site based engineering roles preferably in the Construction & Renewable Industries
Strong technical knowledge and ability in Civil Engineering
Excellent communication and with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success
Ideally based in Perth and open to DIDO
