What You'll Be Doing:
As theSafety & Sustainability Manager, Dulux Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the delivery of safety and sustainability strategy across Dulux Manufacturing operations in Australia and New Zealand, with direct Safety & Sustainability accountability for Dandenong South manufacturing operations, as well as functional leadership across the Powders and Industrial Coatings business. Partnering with operational and business leaders, you will lead the development and execution of strategic improvement plans, strengthen critical risk management systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety obligations.
You will provide leadership and coaching to a team of Safety & Sustainability professionals, champion a culture of continuous improvement and organisational learning,
and support the achievement of ambitious safety, health and sustainability outcomes.

What We're Looking for:
An experienced Safety & Sustainability professional with a strong background in manufacturing or other high-risk industries.
A capable leader who develops high-performing teams and effectively influences stakeholders at all levels.
Deep expertise in WHS, environmental compliance, critical risk management and operational risk reduction.
A strategic thinker who can balance long-term objectives with practical, business-focused solutions.
A collaborative communicator with strong investigation, problem-solving and project management skills.
