Our client is a specialist engineering and aviation business looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive Spare Parts Interpreter looking for a change and the chance to move into the aviation industry.
If you enjoy customer service, parts interpretation and helping customers find the right solution, this role offers something different while allowing you to use the skills you already have.
Full product and systems training is provided - aviation experience is not required.
The Role Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will: Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Identify and interpret parts requirements Provide advice on parts,



availability and lead times Prepare quotes and process sales orders Recommend suitable parts and alternatives Follow up orders and customer enquiries Maintain accurate parts and stock information Assist with packing and dispatch when required About You You will ideally have experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, particularly within automotive, machinery, motorcycles or a similar industry.
