Insolvency Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2–4 PAE) Melbourne CBD | Fast‐Track Your Career If you are a junior - mid level litigation lawyer who loves the cut‐and‐thrust of insolvency, commercial disputes and court work - and you want to learn quick - this role will accelerate your career more in 12 months than most firms do in 3 years.
You will join a respected commercial practice with a strong insolvency and disputes client base, working 1:1 with Partners and senior practitioners who genuinely invest in their lawyers.

The Work Disputes in all courts, mediations, tribunal hearings and enforcement actions Draft briefs, pleadings, correspondence and core litigation documents with guidance that actually builds your skillset Manage delegated phases of litigation from commencement through to settlement or appeal Attend directions hearings, adjournments and basic contested matters (with counsel) Negotiate with insolvency stakeholders - liquidators, receivers, administrators, secured creditors and directors Build relationships with insolvency practitioners, SMEs, financiers and commercial clients This Role Is Perfect For An Up and Coming Litigator You will be in the thick of real litigation.
