Programmed Skilled Workforce is looking for a driven and commercially minded Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team.
This is a true 360-degree recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage permanent recruitment assignments from initial client conversation right through to successful placement - while developing your own client portfolio and building your presence within the WA market.
What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of a permanent recruitment desk supporting clients across trades, manufacturing, industrial, engineering and related sectors.
Your role will include: Managing end-to-end permanent recruitment assignments Building strong relationships with existing Programmed customers Developing new client relationships and identifying recruitment opportunities Meeting clients onsite to understand their businesses, teams and workforce requirements Taking detailed job briefs and developing effective sourcing strategies Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using SEEK, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases and industry networks Screening, interviewing and presenting shortlisted candidates Managing the recruitment process through interviews, references,



offers and placement Building talent pools and maintaining relationships with quality candidates Reverse marketing strong candidates into suitable businesses Developing your own professional network and presence within the WA market Negotiating recruitment terms and pricing within company guidelines Providing ongoing post-placement support to clients and candidates Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business Who we're looking for Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly within permanent recruitment, trades, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or blue-collar markets.
