TWO opportunities available : 1 x Construction Manager - Leadership Take ownership of construction, design, development, and facilities activities across a multi-site retail portfolio.
This is a senior leadership chance with responsibility for driving project outcomes, commercial performance, and team capability.
1 x Project Manager - Delivery Join the construction project team to support the delivery of store developments, refurbishments, and capital works.
This role is focused on hands-on project coordination and successful delivery across the retail portfolio.
Shared Areas of Impact Deliver new developments, refurbishments, and capital works projects Manage project outcomes across quality, cost, timelines, risk, and compliance Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders Drive commercial outcomes through effective tendering, negotiation, and vendor management Ensure projects meet safety, compliance, and brand standards Contribute to continuous improvement across construction and project delivery Provide clear project updates, reporting, and insights to stakeholders Construction Manager - Additional Scope Lead construction, design, development,



and facilities strategy across the portfolio Provide senior-level leadership and commercial oversight Lead and develop team capability Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with business priorities Project Manager - Additional Scope Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned store development projects Coordinate project schedules, budgets, contractors, and key stakeholders Support successful delivery from planning through to completion Identify and resolve project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle About You: We are open to candidates with backgrounds across retail construction, project management, design, development, or facilities.
Depending on the position, you will bring: Extensive experience managing end to end retail construction, design, development, or facilities projects Strong understanding of Australian construction practices, regulations, and safety standards Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and multiple stakeholders Commercial awareness with a practical, hands-on approach Exposure to large-scale or multi-site environments is highly regarded Which opportunity is right for you?
