We manufacture a range of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related products for Australian customers and are entering an important stage of growth, with a focus on strengthening our manufacturing capability, quality systems, and operational support.
We are seeking experienced production operators to join our manufacturing team and support our growing GMP operations.
The Opportunity
This role is suited to someone with previous experience working in a GMP, pharmaceutical, therapeutic goods, complementary medicines, healthcare, cosmetic, or regulated manufacturing environment.
We are looking for people who can bring practical manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of working in a controlled production environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in manufacturing, filling, packing, labeling, cleaning, line clearance, batch documentation, and equipment operation.
You will work closely with the production manager, QA, QC, and warehouse team to ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved procedures.
This is a hands-on production role and would suit someone who is reliable, experienced, quality-focused, and able to contribute quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
Manufacturing, filling, packing, and labelling products in accordance with approved procedures.
Operating production equipment and machinery.
Following batch manufacturing records, packaging records, and SOPs.
Completing production documentation accurately and in real time.
Performing cleaning, sanitization, line clearance,



and changeover activities.
Checking raw materials, packaging components, labels and finished goods.
Assisting with product set-up, manufacturing preparation, and pack-down.
Supporting production schedules and daily manufacturing requirements.
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized production areas.
Following GMP, hygiene, quality, and safety requirements.
Identifying and reporting production issues, equipment problems or quality concerns.
Working with QA and QC to support manufacturing readiness and product release requirements.
Supporting continuous improvement within the production area.
About You
We are looking for experienced production people who understand the importance of quality, documentation, cleanliness and following procedures in a regulated manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in GMP manufacturing or another regulated production environment.
Experience working with batch records, SOPs, line clearance, and production documentation.
Previous pharmaceutical, therapeutic goods, complementary medicines, healthcare, and cosmetic manufacturing experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Good understanding of hygiene, cleaning, and contamination control requirements.
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and clearly.
Practical experience operating production equipment or machinery.
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.




Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A quality-focused and safety-conscious approach.
A forklift license would be an advantage.

This role is not suited to someone looking for their first production job.
We are specifically looking for candidates with previous manufacturing experience, preferably in GMP or another regulated environment.
