The Role We now have the opportunity for a Project Coordinator – Structural Integrity to join our Team in a hybrid role working from our Pert CBD Head Office as well as on site.
You will be responsible for leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables with responsibilities including: Coordinating structural integrity, remediation, and asset maintenance projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements Supporting project planning through development of scopes, methodologies, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments Managing procurement, logistics, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution and resource availability Monitoring project performance, costs, milestones, and variations, proactively addressing risks, delays, and commercial impacts Maintaining and reviewing engineering, quality, and project documentation, including client deliverables, reporting,
