About the role The role will involve possessing deep UKG Pro WFM product knowledge and insights to deliver UKG Pro WFM projects within project implementation teams.
You will be responsible for architecting and designing UKG Pro WFM solutions, ensuring appropriate integration, alignment, and embedding within the customers overall landscape.
Additionally, you will provide support, advice,



and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities.
You will facilitate workshops directly with clients, evaluating and problem-solving complex requirements, advising on or configuring software, and providing ongoing functional advice and team development support.
Furthermore, you will receive ongoing product training to maintain applicable certifications and keep up to date with the latest product releases.
You will consider factors such as best use of functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver the best value and customer aligned solution.
In this role, you will contribute to and collaborate with our highly talented WFM consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on UKG (Kronos) software aligned with project schedules.
