We are recruiting for a
Second in Charge
position at
both
our
Gold Creek Cellarbrations Store, and Belconnen Cellarbrations Store in ACT.
As
'
Second in Charge' you will be responsible for assisting the Area Store Manager in the effective day to day running of the store, and have responsibility to:
a) supervise and assist in the development of staff to deliver a high level of customer service
b) assist with maximising the profitability and viability of the store
c) assist with the management of WHS standards

The 'Second in Charge' position is:
· Fulltime 76 hrs per fortnight – rotating roster
· Level 4 General Retail Award - Base hourly rate $*****; Evening & Saturday rate $*****; Sunday rate $*****
· + 12% Superannuation
· Annual Leave + other fulltime entitlements

Essential Selection Criteria
· Preferred Location – Belconnen or Gold Creek (Nichols)
· Certificate III in Retail or equivalent
· Experience in supervising team members
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail workplace
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Proven ability to coach staff 'on the job'
· Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
· Driver's Licence (current)
· Ability to lift medium to heavy weights for a period of time
· Intermediate computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
· Australian Permanent Residency
Desirable Selection Criteria
· Experience in a similar role in the liquor industry
· Liquor product knowledge
· Willingness to undertake a Police Check
