A premium men's fashion brand is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join its concession within David Jones Elizabeth Street.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the concession, supporting team performance, driving sales results, and ensuring every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, lead by example, and contribute to achieving strong commercial outcomes.

Roster: 5-day rotating roster, including weekends, with days off during the week.
What You'll Be Responsible For Supporting the Business Manager with the day-to-day operation of the concession.
Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.




Leading by example on the shop floor through exceptional customer engagement.
Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Assisting with stock management, rostering, and operational processes.
Creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

Strong people leadership and coaching skills.

Salary Benefits $65,000 - $67,000 + super (with flexibility for an exceptional candidate).
