Test Lead - Retail Program | 6 Month Contract We're partnering with a leading retail organisation on a large-scale transformation program and are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive cross-stream testing across a complex environment.
This is a high-impact role where strong retail experience is essential - you'll be working across multiple systems, integrations, and business functions within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key responsibilities: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end test phases across multiple streams Drive defect management, triage, and resolution across business and technology teams Manage cross-stream dependencies and integrations across complex retail systems Work closely with stakeholders to ensure full coverage of end-to-end customer journeys Provide clear test reporting, risks,



and status updates to senior stakeholders What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Test Lead across SIT/E2E phases Solid retail domain experience (eCommerce, POS, loyalty, order management highly regarded) Ability to operate in large, complex programs with multiple moving parts Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Hands-on approach with the ability to get into the detail when needed The details: 6 month contract Hybrid working, 2 days in office Short notice periods preferred If you've worked in retail environments and thrive in fast-paced, integration-heavy programs, I'd love to have a chat.
