Parts Interpreter
to join our Dubbo team.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
Provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availability
Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Assist with inventory enquiries and stock control activities
Contribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets

What You'll Need
Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded
Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded
Solid customer service and sales skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Good computer literacy and administration skills
Current driver's licence
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipmen
