Job Title - TMCR Learning and Development Provider Job ID - ******* Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 12 months The role closes on 24/08/2026 Location: ACT Skills, qualifications and experience required: At least 5 years' experience delivering Learning and Development suites (preferably as the lead) Demonstrated skills and experience in developing L D solutions supporting the capability workforce Facilitating, streaming, recording and producing recorded content for viewing Understanding of, and experience in development and management Ability to lead and support stakeholder consultation Capacity to work autonomously and in a team workplace Ability to develop and deliver an integrated education program with measurable outcomes SFIA Skills Sought: The specification, design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in learning and development in the workplace or in compulsory, further or higher education.
Typically involves the assimilation of information from existing sources, selection and re-presentation in a form suitable to the intended purpose and audience.
Includes instructional design,



content development, configuration and testing of learning environments, and use of appropriate current technologies such as audio, video, simulation and assessment.
May include third party accreditation.
TMCR Level 4: Specifies the content and structure of learning and development materials.
Takes responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and manages development to deliver agreed outcomes.
Where required, designs, configures and tests learning environments, including creation of simulated data, and replication of external systems, interfaces, and assessment systems.
Secures external accreditations as appropriate.
