Contract Administrator – Major Apartment Projects Perth | Commercial Construction We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder delivering major projects across Perth.
With projects ranging from $50M to $100M , predominantly multi-level apartment developments , this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CA looking to take the next step in their career and work on genuinely significant projects.
The Role You will work closely with a highly experienced Project Manager and Commercial Manager , gaining strong support while taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your projects.
We are looking for someone who: Has experience working on $50M+ commercial projects , ideally multi-level apartments Or has progressively built their experience and is ready to step up into larger projects Has a strong understanding of contracts, variations, progress claims,
