We're looking for a Fleet Workshop Manager to take the lead across a busy on-farm workshop operation in regional NSW.
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you'll be responsible for overseeing workshop activities, maintenance planning, compliance, reporting, budgets, contractor management and day-to-day operations.
This is a diverse leadership role that goes well beyond the workshop floor.
You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and contractors, ensuring fleet, plant and equipment activities are coordinated efficiently, safely and in line with operational needs.
We're looking for someone who can bring structure, organisation and a proactive approach to the role.
You'll be confident managing information, tracking costs, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a team to achieve strong operational outcomes.
Whether your background is in agriculture, transport, logistics, warehousing, automotive or a similar operational environment, we'd love to hear from you if you have experience leading teams,
managing processes and driving performance.
What you'll be doing Leading workshop, maintenance and warehouse operations Coordinating maintenance schedules and operational priorities Managing invoicing, reporting and information processing Monitoring budgets, expenditure and maintenance performance Managing contractors, suppliers and service providers Supporting compliance, safety and operational requirements Tracking KPIs and performance measures Developing team capability and supporting apprentices Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency What we're looking for Experience in fleet, workshop, maintenance or operational management Robust organisational and administrative capability Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance The ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple activities Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Confidence working with systems, data and reporting tools Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
