Location: Sydney, NSW Work Type: Full Time (12 Month Contract) Salary: $90,000 + Super This Clinical Coordinator role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a community-based complex care environment, solving clinical and care coordination challenges, and contributing within the disability and in-home support sector.

The Role: Clinical Coordinator In this role, you will spend most of your time developing and reviewing care plans, providing clinical support and guidance to support teams, conducting competency assessments, and ensuring compliance with clinical and quality standards.
You'll work closely with clients, families, support workers, allied health professionals, Support Coordinators and internal teams and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to person-centred care, clinical governance, staff capability and service quality.
The role balances clinical leadership with service coordination, providing explicit expectations from day one.
