Scissorking Hairdressing is currently seeking to hire a skilled and experienced Hairdresser.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 per annum Location: Punchbowl, NSW **** Role: Full time Main responsibilities include but not limited to: • Consult with clients to understand their preferred haircut, beard style, grooming needs and desired appearance.
• Cut, trim, shape and style men's hair using scissors, clippers, razors and other professional barbering tools.
• Perform fades, tapers, crew cuts, textured cuts and other contemporary and traditional barbering styles.
• Trim, shape and maintain beards and moustaches in accordance with client preferences and facial features.
• Provide shaving and facial grooming services using appropriate techniques, products and equipment.
• Wash, condition, colur and treat hair and scalp as required before or after cutting and styling services.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, beard styles, grooming routines and haircare products based on their hair type and personal preferences.
• Maintain clean and hygienic workstations,



barbering tools and equipment in accordance with salon procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Manage client appointments and provide professional, courteous customer service throughout each visit.
• Keep up to date with current barbering trends, cutting techniques, grooming products and styling methods to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications and Experience required: • Minimum qualification of Certificate III or Certificate IVin Hairdressing.
Extensive work experience may substitute requirements for formal qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in the advertise role.
• Australian work experience is must Skills and Attributes: • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail in men's grooming and personal presentation • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand individual style and grooming preferences • Excellent communication skills • Qualified, well-presented and client-focused approach • Good time management and organisational skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent service standards • Competent in using hairdressing tools Australian Citizens/PR candidates are encouraged to apply.
