Brighton Hotel Motel is looking for a motivated and reliable Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our accommodation team.

About the Role As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring guest rooms and shared areas are presented to a high standard.
You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering quality housekeeping services, maintaining outstanding cleanliness, and ensuring rooms are ready for guests within required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities Ensure rooms are clean, presentable, and guest-ready within required timeframes Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and shared areas Report maintenance issues, damages,



and safety hazards promptly Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes Maintain consistent housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the property Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures Deliver friendly and qualified service when interacting with guests Support the wider accommodation team as required About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience (highly regarded but not essential) Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Has strong attention to detail Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Has a positive attitude and team-focused approach Has strong time management and organisational skills Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Has good communication and interpersonal skills Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays Is physically capable of performing cleaning duties and manual handling What We Offer Opportunities for career growth and development within Australian Venue Co.
