About The Opportunity: We're looking for passionate Sommeliers to join the opening team at Noẽma.
This is a hands-on role focused on exceptional wine service, cellar management and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience as Head Sommelier or Assistant Head Sommelier Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world Passion for the wine industry Strong understanding of management practices Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targets Exceptional service skills and guest focused Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous Must be up-to-date with industry trends Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication and presentation Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts WSET certification or similar is highly regarded Victorian RSA certificate Why Lucas Collective?
