ABOUT THE ROLE Caring for others is more than a job - it's a calling.
As a Home Care Worker under the Support at Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.
This role focuses on delivering person-centred, flexible support that is tailored to each individual's goals, preferences, and evolving needs.
You will empower clients to maintain their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and stay connected to their community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Home Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality care and support aligned with each client's individual support plan.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to support a safe and comfortable home workplace Assisting with personal care including showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Supporting clients with daily living activities that promote independence and wellbeing Assisting with transportation and community access , including appointments, shopping, and social outings Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families Encouraging choice, control, and independence in line with Support at Home principles Adhering to health, safety, and quality standards to ensure the wellbeing of clients and yourself ABOUT YOU We currently have positions available for individuals, who are committed to providing excellence in care and the best possible quality of life to our residents.
Essential Requirements Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent Current driver license Reliable vehicle (including valid registration with minimal 3rd Party Insurance)
