including medication administration and skin and wound managementCoordinating daily patient activities to ensure a seamless and positive treatment experienceWorking closely with Radiation Oncologists, Radiation Therapists and Patient Services teams to support integrated patient careBuilding strong, trusted relationships with patients and their families throughout treatmentMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of careAdhering to established clinical procedures, protocols and best practice standardsApplying medication safety principles consistently in all aspects of careUsing structured communication tools, including ISBAR, to promote protected and effective collaborationContributing to a positive, supportive and team focused cultureWe're interested in hearing from people who have:You are a caring and capable Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and committed to ongoing professional growth:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseTwo or more years' post graduate nursing experience preferredExperience in oncology or radiation oncology is highly regarded, although not essentialOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patientsStrong clinical assessment,
