A prestigious luxury retailer is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its stunning QVB boutique.

The Opportunity As Boutique Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the boutique, leading a small team while building strong client relationships and driving sales growth.
You'll have strong support from the wider business, including a dedicated marketing budget, CRM initiatives and opportunities to host client events.
Location: QVB Roster: Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility for the right candidate What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a small boutique team Driving sales performance and achieving commercial KPIs Building strong client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM Delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience Hosting and supporting client events and VIP experiences Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and service standards Managing day-to-day boutique operations Coaching the team to consistently deliver premium service Identifying opportunities to grow the client base and increase repeat business What They're Looking For Previous Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager experience - essential Experience within luxury, premium beauty, fragrance or fashion Strong clienteling and CRM experience Proven ability to lead and develop a small team Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales KPIs Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Impeccable presentation and attention to detail A genuine passion for luxury and delivering a personalised client experience Boutique experience is essential.
Department store management experience alone will not be suitable for this opportunity.
