An established Australian women's fashion retailer is opening an exciting new store in Warriewood and is looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the launch and drive its success from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new store, build a strong local customer base, develop a high-performing team, and create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
The Opportunity Opening in mid-August, you'll play a key role in setting the standard for your new store.
From leading your team and driving sales to building community connections and maintaining exceptional presentation, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, coaching their team, and taking pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Roster: 38-hour week | Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (flexible for the right candidate) What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all day-to-day store operations from launch through to ongoing success Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs through exceptional leadership Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to maximise performance Proactively driving local area marketing and community engagement Creating an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty Maintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the store Managing rostering, administration, stock,
and operational compliance Taking ownership of the store's commercial performance and creating a positive team culture What They're Looking For Previous Store Management experience within a retail environment Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs, and commercial performance Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Excellent organisational and administrative abilities A proactive approach to business development and local marketing Strong visual merchandising experience and attention to detail A hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment Someone excited by the opportunity to build and grow a brand-new store Salary Benefits $65,000 + super (negotiable for the right candidate) Adaptable full-time roster (38 hours per week) No late nights or public holidays Seasonal wardrobe allowance of $625 per season 50% staff discount on apparel and 25% off accessories Fortnightly, monthly, and annual incentive programs Exciting opportunity to launch and shape a brand-new store Join a well-established Australian fashion retailer with a loyal customer base If you're ready to take ownership of a brand-new store and make a lasting impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
