DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process Plant Operator for a short-term assignment with a leading organisation in the resources sector.

About the Role Approx.
3-month assignment Kalgoorlie based role Applicants must currently reside in Kalgoorlie 5/2, 4/3 roster 10-hour shifts As a Process Plant Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient and reliable production.
You will play a key role in maintaining plant performance, identifying operational issues and supporting continuous production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations Monitor process parameters including pressure, temperature and flow rates Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance activities Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues Record operational data and report any irregularities Adhere to all site safety procedures and protocols Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a solid safety focus About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have previous experience operating within a mineral processing or industrial processing plant environment Be capable of working with minimal supervision Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Have sound computer literacy and reporting skills Be safety-focused with excellent attention to detail Be reliable,
adaptable and able to work effectively within a team Essential Requirements Current Australian Driver's Licence Reliable transport Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance What's On Offer?
