What You'll Be Leading
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of head and neck clinical trials, from site set-up and ethics submissions through to close-out and reporting
Acting as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure protocol compliance and audit readiness
Coordinating patient recruitment, consent processes, and data integrity in alignment with ICH-GCP standards
Supporting new trial submissions and contributing to grant applications and academic outputs
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials within an oncology or specialist hospital environment
Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, TGA requirements, and HREC processes
Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists
Experience with clinical trial management systems and research governance frameworks
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage concurrent protocols without compromising data quality
A tertiary qualification in a health science, nursing, or related discipline
COBL employment requirements:

Current working with children check (WWCC).
National Police Check not more than 6 months old or willingness to obtain.
Compliance with Category A health worker immunisation.
