About the role As a Site Supervisor, you will manage multiple projects at one time.
Common projects include but are not limited to, new amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas.
The successful candidate can be located anywhere from Northern Gold Coast /Logan area.
All jobs will be South side of Brisbane including Logan Area.
Key Responsibilities for the role * Scheduling labour hire, trades and sub-contractors * Experience knowledge of safety requirements on site and paper work * Understanding of the scope, budget and timeline of projects * Identify and manage defects * Attend client meetings * Conduct toolbox meetings ore-starts as needed * Report daily on project progress via Procore * Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook,



Excel and Word Skills experience * Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Site Supervisor Role * QBCC Site Supervisor License * Strong communication skills * Ability to manage and communicate effectively within a team * Experience using Procore Highly regarded Culture Close knit, Supportive team Benefits Vehicle provided Hours of 6.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
No weekend work.
Quarterly bonuses when exceeding set KPI's.
