Job Description
Gather,analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITOMinitiatives.
Conductworkshops with infrastructure, cloud, network, application, and operationsteams to understand current-state processes and challenges.
Translatebusiness requirements into functional and technical specifications for ITOMmodules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
DefineCMDB data model, CI classes, relationships,



identification and reconciliationrules aligned with CSDM.
Workwith architects and technical teams to design scalable ITOM solutions andintegration requirements.
Analyzeinfrastructure, cloud, monitoring, and application landscapes to supportDiscovery and Service Mapping implementations.
Facilitateintegration requirements between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring toolssuch as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and others.
SupportEvent Management and AIOps use cases by defining event correlation, alertmanagement, and operational workflows.
Developuser stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functionaldesign documents.
CoordinateUAT activities, defect management, solution validation, and stakeholdersign-off.
Supportdata quality initiatives, CMDB governance, and continuous service improvementprograms.
