We are hiring a Labor Attorney to join litigation team focusing on wage-and-hour class and collective actions, superior court writ of mandate proceedings, and state and federal appellate practice.
You will handle sophisticated law-and-motion work, draft appellate briefs, appear before the NLRB, and litigate public safety unions with complex pay structures through interest arbitration.

What You Will Do:
Litigate wage-and-hour class and collective actions, including law and motion, discovery, and federal court hearings.
Prosecute superior court petitions for writ of mandate and handle appeals in state and federal court.
Advise public safety bargaining units on overtime, premium pay, and specialized pay-structure disputes.
Support PERB, NLRA/NLRB, grievance, and arbitration matters as needed.




What We Are Looking For:
J.D. and active California bar membership, with 3-7 years of experience.
Strong law-and-motion, federal court, and appellate experience — wage-and-hour and writ of mandate practice a plus.
Exceptional research, writing, and briefing skills, and the judgment to manage multiple deadlines.
Compensation & Advantages:
Pay: $150,****** - $180,******/year based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, in-office.
