You will work across the school to implement a whole‐school approach to mental health and wellbeing for students, staff and families, coordinating referral pathways and building capacity within the wellbeing team.
You will collaborate with teachers and external services, influence practices, and play a key role in sustaining a positive school culture through proactive wellbeing initiatives.
