GRAMS is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Liaison Officer to support Aboriginal clients in accessing culturally secure, high‐quality health care across the Midwest and Murchison regions of Western Australia.
Working with clients, hospitals, health professionals and community organisations, you will advocate for Aboriginal people, strengthen partnerships and ensure continuity of care across the health system.
This role emphasises cultural understanding and ongoing professional development.
