You'll use quality data, clinical indicators, audit findings and incident trends to identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risks and support services to deliver safe, high-quality care.Working collaboratively across multiple sites, you will play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, preparing services for accreditation, supporting regulatory compliance and embedding sustainable quality improvement initiatives.Key responsibilitiesProvide expert clinical, quality, risk and safety support to leaders to improve care outcomesSupport management of key clinical risks including deterioration, wounds, falls, infection prevention, medication safety, dementia and behaviour supportBuild leader capability in clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvementPartner with internal and external clinical experts to deliver best practice care and risk managementSupport investigation and management of serious incidents,
