What this chance involves:
Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations in a manner that makes everyone feel warmly welcomed and supported
Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills as you engage with visitors, employees, and callers, acting as a trusted resource for campus information, wayfinding, and activities
Actively monitor and maintain the front desk and surroundings to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment that reflects JLL and AustralianSuper brand standards at all times
Provide a hotel-style 'hosted' arrival experience for guests and visitors, including visitor registration support and prompt switchboard operation to ensure all inquiries are directed seamlessly
Coordinate conference and meeting room scheduling, including room setups for training sessions, town hall meetings, and events, while supporting food and beverage services for managed spaces
Conduct regular floor walks of the tenancy to ensure premises and equipment are safe, functional, and presentable, logging support requests when issues are identified
Manage the induction of all contractors on-site, receive and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries, and support security in managing access card processes
Assist the workplace team with invoice processing, financial tracking, and ensuring all supplies—from stationery to whiteboards—are stocked and maintained
Support emergency response requirements and function as a warden where required, effectively communicating operational risks and adhering to established escalation processes

This is what we are looking for:
Previous experience in a premium corporate office, hospitality, or events position with a proven track record of delivering quality service
Professional presentation and conduct, with the ability to represent both JLL and AustralianSuper brands to the highest standard
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level staff
Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills, with keen attention to detail and a risk management mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with active listening abilities and solid presentation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure, deal effectively with stressful situations, and adapt quickly to rapidly changing environments
Tech-savvy with problem-solving skills and the capacity to deal with ambiguity and change with resilience
Police background check clearance (required for this role)
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support a range of tasks from reception coverage to email response and event setup
