The Role Reporting to production management, you will execute routine manufacturing tasks with absolute attention to detail, maintaining strict adherence to quality and sterility standards.
Work within a controlled clean room environment following strict gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control protocols.
Assist with the precise preparation, pouring,



and processing of agar plates and related microbiological media.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot specialised production and packaging machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct routine quality checks on finished products, ensuring all items meet exact specifications before packaging.
Assist with batch documentation, stock organisation, and general housekeeping of the production floor to maintain compliance standards.
About You You are a focused and adaptable operator who understands the importance of working cleanly and methodically in a regulated production environment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory setting is highly advantageous, though a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
Meticulous approach to following precise instructions, maintaining batch records, and upholding strict quality control standards.
Comfortable working within a controlled, sterile clean room environment wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
A dependable team player with good time-management skills and the flexibility to commit to full-time casual hours.
Ability to adhere strictly to health, safety, and operational protocols at all times.
