What you will do
As executive coordinator, you will provide
high-quality
coordination and administrative support across the Office of the General Counsel.
You will help keep important legal and business processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You will:
maintain
confidential
records, databases and statutory delegation registers
prepare, review and coordinate
sensitive
business documents and delegation assurance processes
support
effective
office operations through administration, invoice management and record keeping
build
strong
working relationships across the department and with external contacts
improve
practical
processes and provide support to senior leaders as needed.
About you
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
Experience providing high-quality administrative support to senior managers or executives will help you succeed.
You should also have:
strong
experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex administrative work
excellent
skills using Microsoft applications, databases and records systems
sound
judgement to manage competing priorities,
solve problems and work with limited direction
clear
communication skills, a collaborative approach and a commitment to inclusion.
