Explore & Develop Artarmon – Dickson Avenue is a brand new, independently owned and operated early childhood education and care service that is getting ready to start welcoming families.We're currently seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Certificate III Educatorto join our Babies Room team full-time.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a service from the very beginning, helping to create a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for our youngest children.
About the role:
As a Certificate III Educator in the Babies Room, you will:
Work collaboratively within a passionate team of educators to provide high-quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 24 months
Help implement a play-based curriculum that supports each child's routine and developmental needs
Build secure, trusting relationships with children and families
Contribute to observations, documentation, and planning
Support a calm, safe, and responsive environment aligned with the principles of respectful caregiving
What we're looking for:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Experience working with infants (preferred but not essential)
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certificates




A warm, nurturing personality and strong teamwork skills
Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
A genuine passion for caring for babies and supporting their early development
