An established premium menswear retailer is seeking a Full Time Salesperson to join its Bondi Junction store.

This is a hands-on position where your ability to understand customer needs, recommend the right products, and create an exceptional in-store experience will directly contribute to your success.
Roster: 5-day rotating roster (weekend availability required with weekday RDOs)



What You'll Be Responsible For Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice Building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs Maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture What They're Looking For Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail A genuine passion for menswear and styling Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results Professional presentation and a customer-first approach Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating roster Salary Advantages $63,000 - $65,000 + super Personal commission structure Full-time permanent opportunity Ongoing training and development Join a respected premium fashion retailer Supportive team workplace with opportunities for career growth If you're looking to grow your retail career with a premium menswear brand where your sales success and customer service skills will be recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
