Working as part of a collaborative claims team, you'll review photos, reports and repair quotations to assess residential property damage and determine appropriate repair outcomes.
This is a hybrid office/WFH role.
What you'll be doing: Review building damage using photos, reports and repair quotations Assess repair costs and determine claim outcomes Liaise with builders, customers and internal claims teams Ensure claims are managed efficiently and accurately Prepare claim documentation and maintain quality standards Deliver excellent customer outcomes throughout the claims process What you'll bring: Experience in insurance building claims, property claims or assessing Building,
