As a Senior Wayfinding and Signage Designer, you'll become a key driver of impactful, innovative spatial narratives, crafting solutions that are both visually compelling and seamlessly functional.

Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualisation and realisation of engaging signage and wayfinding schemes that respond precisely to client briefs, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining operational practicality.
Take ownership of project delivery from initial scoping through to final artwork approval, ensuring technical precision and artistic integrity.
Collaborate closely with clients, fabricators, and printers to ensure that every element of the signage aligns with the overarching design intent and client expectations.
Support project teams by scoping, costing, and contributing to high-quality tender proposals, demonstrating your ability to balance creativity with commercial sensibility.
Coordinate installation and conduct site visits to verify that design specifications are executed flawlessly, ensuring quality and consistency on site.
Mentor and share your expertise within the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Utilise advanced software tools such as Photoshop, AutoCAD,



and Revit to develop compelling visual concepts and detailed technical drawings that communicate your vision effectively.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and workflow, contributing to operational efficiency and timely delivery of high-calibre design outcomes.
Skills Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in signage, wayfinding, or spatial branding design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, alongside experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
Tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline; additional studies in architecture, multimedia, or fine arts a plus.
Proven ability to develop innovative signage solutions, combining creative flair with technical accuracy.
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, installation methods, and project management within a design environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
