This is a full-time, ongoing teaching position with a 3-year position of responsibility including a 0.32 FTE time release and a 0.68 FTE teaching load.
This position is commencing at the start of the **** school year.
The Head of Individual Needs (ECLC–Year 6) leads the delivery and development of inclusive education programs across the Junior School.
Working closely with campus leaders and teachers,



the role oversees student support, intervention programs, curriculum access, government funding requirements, and adjustments for students with additional learning needs.
This leadership position also manages the Individual Needs team, supports staff through professional learning, and collaborates with teachers and families to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential.
